Live Instrument Demonstrations
One of the highlights of the guitar exhibition. Master musicians perform on our luthiers' instruments in an intimate setting. Acoustic, electric, ukes, basses and more. Performances begin on the half hour and are featured all day starting at 11:30 a.m.
All performances are free to our attendees.
Concerts
On June 24, VIGF presents Hayley McLean, who is returning home to Vancouver BC to debut new music from her critically acclaimed Texada music project, a mix of original styles that infuse elements of transient pop, smooth hypnotizing vocals and what she is best known for -- a soulful virtuoso guitar prowess.
What's more, in collaboration with the 2017 Vancouver International Jazz Festival, select ticket sales for concerts are available to VIGF participants at a discounted price.
