2022 VIGF Exhibitor APPLICATION - LUTHIERS

Exhibition dates September 24 & 25, 2022

(If you not a luthier, but are a vendor (e.g., instrument retailer, supplier, etc.) interested in exhibiting at VIGF, please go to our Vendor registration page here.)

Luthier Registration fees):

  • Half table - $475 + 5% GST

  • One table - $850 + 5% GST

  • Two tables - $1600 + 5% GST

Registration fees (per table) include:

  • One (1) 6' table with tablecloth

  • One (1) stool

  • Two (2) accreditation passes in your company's name for full table and One (1) for Half Table

  • One (1) Ticket to the Luthier conference (Value $85)

  • One (1) VIGF t-shirt

  • Two (2) tickets for Luthiers Party (Friday Night )

  • Link to bio, headshot and photo on VIGF website

  • Inclusion in social media campaign

Terms and conditions

Payment Terms: Payment due upon acceptance of application; balance due by February 28, 2019. An electronic invoice will be sent to you via Square Up. You may pay online with a credit/debit card and/or paypal.

If payment is not made within 30 days of invoice due date your space will be considered forfeited and offered to the waitlist .

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation up to May 1, 2022: Exhibitors forced to cancel before before February 28th, 2019 will be given a refund minus a $150 administration fee.

  • No refunds will be issued after May 1, 2022.

Photo Submission: All exhibitors will provide a JPEG or EPS format, high resolution photo, min. 300 dpi - send to info@vancouverguitarfestival.com.
