2022 VIGF EXHIBITOR APPLICATION - VENDORS

Exhibition dates September 24 & 25, 2022

(The information below is for exhibitors other than luthiers (e.g., instrument retailers, suppliers etc.). If you are a luthier interested in exhibiting at VIGF, please go to our luthier registration page here.)

Vendor Registration fees (through May 1, 2022)

  • One table - $1,000 + 5% GST

  • Two tables - $1,800 + 5% GST

  • Half table = $550 + 5% GST

Registration fees (per table) include:

  • One (1) 6' table with tablecloth

  • One (1) stool

  • Two (2) accreditation passes in your company's name

  • One (1) VIGF t-shirt

  • Link to logo on VIGF website

  • Inclusion in social media campaign

Terms and conditions

Payment Terms: Deposits due July 2, 2022; balance due by August 8, 2022. An electronic invoice will be sent to you via Square Up. You may pay online with a credit/debit card and/or paypal.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation up to July 2, 2022

  • Should this event be cancelled because of COVID, we will act accordingly.

Photo Submission: All exhibitors will provide a JPEG or EPS format, high resolution photo, min. 300 dpi - send to info@vancouverguitarfestival.com
